Missions

  • Haiti Relief Offering
Sunday January 24th we received over $5,000 for relief for the suffering people of Haiti.  Supplies are delivered daily through the ministry of www.Missionaryflights.org
 
  • Calvary supports many different missionaries and mission agencies.  We have missionaries in South America, Europe, Africa, Latin America, and the United States.  Currently we support 15 active missionaries (12 on foreign fields and 1 in the United States).  The church also supports 18 different mission agencies and endeavors.  Every year we have a missions conference where supported missionaries come home from their fields to report on their work.   
Periodically we schedule mission trips to different places around the world.  In 2006 11 of our men traveled to South Africa to help  missionary Tom Wolf and the Mountain View Baptist Church.  The men worked on installing a tile floor in their gathering area and hallway.
